Kurti e ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur disa her\u00eb propozimin q\u00eb ky kamp t\u00eb b\u00ebhet baz\u00eb e p\u00ebrhershme amerikane, duke e lidhur at\u00eb me paqen, stabilitetin dhe sigurin\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, m\u00eb 13 tetor, Ushtria amerikane njoftoi ndryshime n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e trupave t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Gard\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare me forca nga Regjimenti i 2-t\u00eb i Kalor\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Divizioni i 1-r\u00eb i K\u00ebmb\u00ebsoris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas njoftimit, ky rotacion \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb NATO-s p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrshtatur misionin e KFOR-it me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kushteve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe me strategjin\u00eb e re, t\u00eb njohur si \u201cNATO 3.0\u201d, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs aleat\u00ebt evropian\u00eb do t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb kryesore p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ushtria amerikane theksoi se mb\u00ebshtetja e saj p\u00ebr KFOR-in do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrprerje, por nuk sakt\u00ebsoi n\u00ebse ndryshimet do t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb numrin e ushtar\u00ebve amerikan\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, senator\u00ebt demokrat\u00eb, Jeanne Shaheen dhe Dick Durbin, po q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb &#8211; ku u takuan me presidenten Justina Shiroka Pula, kryeministrin Albin Kurti dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb List\u00ebs Serbe &#8211; gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb vizite n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p>Vizita pasoi ndalesat e tyre n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb dhe Tiran\u00eb, ku diskutuan p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb, stabilitetin dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e SHBA-s\u00eb me vendet e rajonit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke folur p\u00ebr presidenten e re t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, senatori Durbin tha se ajo ka p\u00ebrpara detyr\u00ebn e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb &#8220;p\u00ebr ta bashkuar vendin dhe p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar at\u00eb p\u00ebrpara&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProcesi q\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrballoi para se t\u00eb merrej vendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar k\u00ebrkoi vendosm\u00ebri dhe guxim. Ajo ka nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr ta bashkuar vendin dhe p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar at\u00eb p\u00ebrpara. Por mendoj se forca q\u00eb tregoi gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi do t\u2019i jap\u00eb asaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb besueshm\u00ebri n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Kosov\u00eb-SHBA<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, senator\u00ebt fol\u00ebn edhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe pezullimin e Dialogut Strategjik mes dy vendeve.<\/p>\n<p>Shaheen tha se do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb Dialogu Strategjik t\u00eb rifillonte, por p\u00ebrmendi si sfida ndryshimet n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn amerikane dhe n\u00eb Departamentin e Shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo tha se senator\u00ebt kan\u00eb ushtruar trysni ndaj administrat\u00ebs amerikane q\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebroj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb ambasador\u00eb dhe t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim diplomatik n\u00eb terren.<\/p>\n<p>SHBA-ja e pezulloi Dialogun Strategjik me Kosov\u00ebn m\u00eb 12 shtator 2025. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, Uashingtoni shprehu shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr veprimet e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme n\u00eb detyr\u00eb ndaj institucioneve serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe kritikat e saj ndaj Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ato kishin rritur tensionet dhe kishin kufizuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb prioritetet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Departamenti amerikan i Shtetit i tha REL-it se rifillimi i dialogut varet nga krijimi i kushteve t\u00eb nevojshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e zotimeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ndaj serb\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Shaheen dhe Durbin u takuan edhe me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb List\u00ebs Serbe, partis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb Ambasad\u00ebn amerikane n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas nj\u00eb komunikate t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie, kryetari Zlatan Elek dhe shefi i grupit parlamentar, Igor Simiq, u shpreh\u00ebn senator\u00ebve shqet\u00ebsimet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat dhe sigurin\u00eb e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ata theksuan, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, moszbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb arritura n\u00eb dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb institucione.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Kurti u kishte k\u00ebrkuar, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, senator\u00ebve mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb NATO.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb, senator\u00ebt shpreh\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr vazhdimin e partneritetit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr aspiratat e saj euroatlantike.<\/p>\n<p>E pyetur p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e NATO-s, Shaheen tha se shpreson q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb p\u00ebrparoj\u00eb drejt k\u00ebtij synimi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dy senator\u00ebt e p\u00ebrshkruan marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnien mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe SHBA-s\u00eb si partneritet t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe than\u00eb se duan q\u00eb ai t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb e t\u00eb thellohet.<\/p>\n<p>Dhomat e Specializuara<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb pyetur p\u00ebr ndryshimet ligjore q\u00eb Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs i miratoi lidhur me Dhomat e Specializuara n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, senator\u00ebt shmang\u00ebn komentet konkrete p\u00ebr amendamentet.<\/p>\n<p>Shaheen p\u00ebrmendi mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e apelimit ndaj vendimit dhe tha se shpreson q\u00eb procesi t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paq\u00ebsore, me nj\u00eb rezultat q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs mund ta kuptojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Durbin u pajtua se duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm kur komentojn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb gjykatave.
