{"id":33793,"date":"2026-10-13T12:31:37","date_gmt":"2026-10-13T12:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.press7.tv\/?p=33793"},"modified":"2026-10-13T12:31:37","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T12:31:37","slug":"kurti-serbia-ende-nuk-ia-ka-dorezuar-kosoves-dokumentacionin-kadastral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.press7.tv\/?p=33793","title":{"rendered":"Kurti: Serbia ende nuk ia ka dor\u00ebzuar Kosov\u00ebs dokumentacionin kadastral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n    <div class=\"xs_social_share_widget xs_share_url before_content \t\tmain_content  wslu-style-2 wslu-share-box-shaped wslu-fill-colored wslu-share-m-5 wslu-none wslu-share-vertical wslu-theme-font-no wslu-main_content\">\n\n\t\t\n        <ul>\n\t\t\t        <\/ul>\n    <\/div> \n<p>Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, ka deklaruar se Serbia ende nuk ia ka dor\u00ebzuar Kosov\u00ebs dokumentacionin kadastral, pavar\u00ebsisht marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb vitit 2011 dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes financiare t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri Kurti, k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e ka ngritur gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse t\u00eb projektit PIAKOS, t\u00eb organizuar nga Qendra p\u00ebr Avokim dhe Trajnim (ATRC) dhe Banka Bot\u00ebrore, ku ka folur p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pron\u00ebs, reformat n\u00eb kadast\u00ebr dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Kurti ka ritheksuar se Serbia nuk e ka p\u00ebrmbushur obligimin p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzimin e dokumentacionit kadastral, ndon\u00ebse marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb vitin 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNatyrisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sfid\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tendenc\u00eb mbetet fakti q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 15 vjet q\u00eb Serbia nuk na ka dor\u00ebzuar dokumentacionin kadastral, edhe pse marr\u00ebveshja nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar m\u00eb dat\u00eb 2 shtator 2011. Pra, n\u00eb muajin e kaluar jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb 15 vjet q\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb 2 milion\u00eb euro donacion, e ata s\u2019na e kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar as kopjen e dokumentacionit kadastral, se le m\u00eb origjinalin\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n<p>Kurti ka theksuar se dokumentacioni pron\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb juridike dhe mir\u00ebqenien e familjeve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDokumentacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb garantues i siguris\u00eb juridike, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, banes\u00ebs, e po ashtu edhe t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies dhe dinjitetit t\u00eb nj\u00eb familjeje\u201d, ka deklaruar Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>Duke folur p\u00ebr rezultatet e projektit PIAKOS, kryeministri ka vler\u00ebsuar bashk\u00ebpunimin nd\u00ebrmjet Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe ATRC-s\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij programi qytetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb 16 komuna t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, grat\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga ndihma p\u00ebr rregullimin e dokumentacionit pron\u00ebsor dhe procedurat e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBashk\u00ebpunimi i qeveris\u00eb son\u00eb me Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr Avokim dhe Trajnim (ATRC), n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet programit PIAKOS, \u00ebsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb e shtuar, sepse ai nuk u ndal te fushata informuese, por u zbatua n\u00eb terren me qytetar\u00ebt, p\u00ebrmes mb\u00ebshtetjes direkte n\u00eb 16 komuna an\u00eb e mban\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Kurti ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe rritjen e regjistrimit t\u00eb pronave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve. Sipas shifrave q\u00eb ai prezantoi, nga rreth 100 prona t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb vitin 2016, numri ka arritur n\u00eb rreth 31 mij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje 300-fish t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb pronave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve\u201d, ka deklaruar Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka theksuar se dokumentacioni i rregullt pron\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitimin nga programet publike t\u00eb renovimit dhe rind\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive, si dhe nga skemat e banimit social.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, Kurti ka p\u00ebrmendur projektin REGIP, i cili po zbatohet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Bank\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr rind\u00ebrtimin e kadastrit n\u00eb 115 zona kadastrale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQeveria ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb reforma konkrete n\u00eb pron\u00eb dhe kadast\u00ebr. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Bank\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrmes projektit REGIP, kemi shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebrpara rind\u00ebrtimin e kadastrit n\u00eb 115 zona kadastrale n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri ka folur edhe p\u00ebr masat kund\u00ebr falsifikimit dhe tjet\u00ebrsimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pron\u00ebs publike, duke theksuar se rastet e dyshimta po p\u00ebrcillen te organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuk ka m\u00eb toleranc\u00eb p\u00ebr abuzimet, falsifikimet apo tjet\u00ebrsimin e kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pron\u00ebs publike. \u00c7do parregullsi dhe \u00e7do dosje e dyshimt\u00eb, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb proces t\u00eb shpron\u00ebsimeve apo t\u00eb kadastrit, po d\u00ebrgohet me vendosm\u00ebri n\u00eb prokurori\u201d, ka deklaruar Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur gjithashtu regjistrimin e pronave n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe em\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat veriore: Mitrovic\u00eb e Veriut, Leposaviq, Zve\u00e7an dhe Zubin Potok.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Kurtit, jan\u00eb verifikuar dhe regjistruar mbi 23 mij\u00eb e 600 prona t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komuniteteve joshumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, ka deklaruar se Serbia ende nuk ia ka dor\u00ebzuar Kosov\u00ebs dokumentacionin kadastral, pavar\u00ebsisht marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb vitit 2011 dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes financiare t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.
