Ka theksuar se Kushtetua e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte u garanton komuniteteve joshumic\u00eb t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebrtej standardeve evropiane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai ka kujtuar se p\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka liri t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave p\u00ebr komunitetet, n\u00eb Serbi po b\u00ebhet diskriminim ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKushtetuta e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs garanton t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb gjera p\u00ebr komunitetet joshumic\u00eb, n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte p\u00ebrtej standardeve evropiane t\u00eb mbrojtjes. K\u00ebto garanci duhet t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb shprehje t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn institucionale e shoq\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrmes angazhimit aktiv t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb respektim t\u00eb ligjeve n\u00eb fuqi. Mbrojtja e t\u00eb drejtave dhe zbatimi i ligjit e p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn; p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb baz\u00eb as p\u00ebr cenimin e t\u00eb drejtave, as p\u00ebr p\u00ebrjashtimin nga detyrimet ligjore. Ngrita shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr diskriminimin sistematik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb nga autoritetet e Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes pasivizimit t\u00eb adresave, pengesave n\u00eb arsim dhe n\u00ebnp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit n\u00eb institucionet publike. K\u00ebrkova angazhim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe ndjekje konkrete t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve: Serbia duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb standardet evropiane p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e komuniteteve, t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb barazi reale p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut e ato civile.
