G\u00ebrvalla ka paralajm\u00ebruar se shpejt do t\u00eb nxirret opinioni juridik edhe p\u00ebr projektligjin e sponsorizuar nga PDK-ja<\/p>\n<p>Ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund heshtjes n\u00eb publik pas vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale, me t\u00eb cilin u d\u00ebnuan p\u00ebr krime lufte kat\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb: Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veseli e Rexhep Selimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se, meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ministre e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk ka folur n\u00eb publik, por ka theksuar se ka vepruar me q\u00ebllimin p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb betej\u00ebn n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKryeministri ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me ekipin tim, q\u00eb nga dita e par\u00eb, jam futur pun\u00ebs me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitemi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb betej\u00eb, sepse \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale \u00ebsht\u00eb betej\u00eb ligjore, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb betej\u00eb deklaratash n\u00eb media. Dhe si betej\u00eb ligjore, ne duhet t\u00eb jemi profesionist\u00eb, t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, me kok\u00ebn t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, pa shum\u00eb b\u00ebrtima, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitemi p\u00ebr instanc\u00ebn e ardhshme\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebrvalla ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke analizuar edhe projektligjin e propozuar nga Partia Demokratike p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb lidhen me Dhomat e Specializuara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShumica e gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb lidhen me dhomat e specializuara jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00eb. Nevojitet kujdes i madh q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjm\u00eb gabime. N\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb jan\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt q\u00eb po e analizojn\u00eb edhe projektligjin e propozuar nga Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs. Kur ta kemi gati, do t\u2019ia d\u00ebrgojm\u00eb qeveris\u00eb opinionin ton\u00eb. Nuk do ta vonojm\u00eb, shpejt do ta d\u00ebrgojm\u00eb. Por as nuk duam t\u00eb nxitohemi, e ta paguajm\u00eb me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb munguar e gabime t\u00eb papranueshme\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n<p>Tek ka folur p\u00ebr financimin e ekipeve mbrojt\u00ebse dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare q\u00eb Kosova ka ofruar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb mekanizmit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me ligj, G\u00ebrvalla ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo parashihet me ndryshimet kushtetuese dhe miratimit t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb asaj kohe dhe jo me vendim t\u00eb ministrit. Sipas saj, deri n\u00eb shtator 2026, nga buxheti i Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb paguar mbi 40 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe obligimet e tjera q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebt\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm. Sipas saj, aktualisht Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk ka detyrime t\u00eb papaguara ndaj avokat\u00ebve apo p\u00ebrfituesve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij programi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb shtun\u00ebn G\u00ebrvalla u \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur edhe akuzave se ka d\u00ebrguar materiale n\u00eb Speciale. Ajo e ka mohuar k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk ka pasur asnj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim qoft\u00eb me UNMIK-un, EULEX-in apo Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuk kam asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb takimi, as direkt e as indirekt. Mir\u00ebpo, edhe pak durim duhet t\u00eb kemi sepse aktgjykimi do t\u00eb vij\u00eb shpejt dhe do ta shohim shum\u00eb shpejt. Edhe nj\u00eb shpres\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e kam q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt ata q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti kan\u00eb b\u00ebrtitur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebmi, ata q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti m\u00eb kan\u00eb etiketuar me lloj-lloj emrash, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn para pasqyr\u00ebs t\u00eb skuqen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb dashur t\u2019i d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb faktet, por kan\u00eb zgjedhur q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin rrenat e qitura n\u00eb qarkullim nga ata vet\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebrvalla ishte n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb kritikave pas vendimit t\u00eb Speciales. Ajo u akuzua fillimisht se kishte d\u00ebrguar dosje n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas u kritikua edhe p\u00ebr munges\u00eb reagimi ndaj aktgjykimit.
