(Austria, Danimarka, Norvegjia, Portugalia, Suedia, Zvicra dhe Mbret\u00ebria e Bashkuar \u2013 themeluan EFTA-n duke n\u00ebnshkruar Konvent\u00ebn n\u00eb Stokholm m\u00eb 4 janar 1960)<\/p>\n<p>Sot EFTA ka 4 shtete an\u00ebtare: Zvicr\u00ebn, Norvegjin\u00eb, Island\u00ebn dhe Lihtenshtajnin.<\/p>\n<p>Tri funksionet kryesore t\u00eb EFTA-s:<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebmban dhe zhvillon Konvent\u00ebn e EFTA-s, e cila rregullon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet ekonomike nd\u00ebrmjet kat\u00ebr shteteve an\u00ebtare: Zvicr\u00ebs, Norvegjis\u00eb, Island\u00ebs dhe Lihtenshtajnit.<\/p>\n<p>Menaxhon Marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr Zon\u00ebn Ekonomike Evropiane (EEA). P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje, tre vende t\u00eb EFTA-s \u2013 Islanda, Lihtenshtajni dhe Norvegjia \u2013 marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me shtetet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Zvicra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e EEA-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillon rrjetin global t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb EFTA-s. Pra, EFTA ka marr\u00ebveshje tregtare me vende dhe rajone t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb bot\u00eb. K\u00ebtu hyn edhe Marr\u00ebveshja e Tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb Lir\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Misioni<\/p>\n<p>Pra, Shoqata Evropiane e Tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb Lir\u00eb (EFTA) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb nd\u00ebrqeveritare e themeluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar tregtin\u00eb e lir\u00eb dhe integrimin ekonomik, n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb kat\u00ebr shteteve an\u00ebtare \u2013 Island\u00ebs, Lihtenshtajnit, Norvegjis\u00eb dhe Zvicr\u00ebs \u2013 si dhe partner\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre tregtar\u00eb n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli i EFTA-s?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli i EFTA-s \u00ebsht\u00eb organi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb drejtues i EFTA-s. Zakonisht mblidhet shtat\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit n\u00eb nivel ambasador\u00ebsh n\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit n\u00eb nivel ministror n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej shteteve an\u00ebtare, me rotacion.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre takimeve, K\u00ebshilli diskuton \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb lidhen me Konvent\u00ebn e EFTA-s, si dhe me zhvillimin dhe menaxhimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve tregtare t\u00eb EFTA-s me vendet e treta, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet e tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb K\u00ebshill p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet secili prej kat\u00ebr shteteve an\u00ebtare dhe vendimet merren me konsensus, pra me pajtimin e t\u00eb gjitha vendeve an\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretariati i EFTA-s<\/p>\n<p>Sekretariati i EFTA-s u ofron shteteve an\u00ebtare ekspertiz\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshilla t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb promovimin e tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe integrimit ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p>Me cilat shtete ka EFTA marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>EFTA ka nj\u00eb nga rrjetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb, me 31 marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb 42 vende partnere jasht\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 80% e tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb EFTA-s mbulohet nga marr\u00ebveshjet preferenciale tregtare. EFTA vazhdon t\u00eb zgjeroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbulim p\u00ebrmes negociatave t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb me vende t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb, EFTA ka n\u00ebnshkruar edhe deklarata t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me disa shtete.
