Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sapo t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb procesi zgjedhor. E ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Elbert Krasniqi, ka theksuar se qeveria mund t\u00eb formohet mes Vet\u00ebvendosjes dhe Grupit Multietnik. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ish-kryetari i Aleanc\u00ebs, Ramush Haradinaj, ka p\u00ebrjashtuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit me Vet\u00ebvendosjen<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Albin Kurti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb diskutime p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb partive t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr funksionalizimin e tri institucioneve kryesore t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, e para q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur me prezenc\u00eb fizike q\u00eb nga 7 qershori kur jan\u00eb mbajtur zgjedhjet, Kurti tha se shtetin e presin shum\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe se vullneti i popullit duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb institucione funksionale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPorsa t\u00eb certifikohet rezultati i zgjedhjeve, do t\u00eb nisim pun\u00ebn dhe diskutimet p\u00ebr formimin e institucioneve t\u00eb reja: konstituimin e legjislatur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb  t\u00eb Kuvendit, formimin e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re dhe zgjedhjen e presidentit apo presidentes\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Partia t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e drejton Kurti, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, ka fituar 53 vende n\u00eb Kuvend. Bashk\u00eb me deputet\u00ebt e komuniteteve, e pa p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ata t\u00eb List\u00ebs Serbe, mund ta konstituoj\u00eb Kuvendin e edhe ta formoj\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebr presidentin, n\u00eb dy raundet e para k\u00ebrkohet pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb votim e s\u00eb paku 80 deputet\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Pas mbledhjes s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Administrimit t\u00eb Pushtetit Lokal, Elbert Krasniqi, tha se p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutime me partit\u00eb e tjera. Pasi, si\u00e7 tha ai, mjaftojn\u00eb votat e grupit multietnik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrupi multietnik q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej 8 ose 9 deputet\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb interesuar q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me fituesin e zgjedhjeve, t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb dhe t\u2019i formojn\u00eb institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, kjo garanton nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr votimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Krasniqi.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka theksuar se rezultati i zgjedhjeve ka prodhuar nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme me at\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb kaluara dhe se qytetar\u00ebt presin q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb krijohen institucionet e reja.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Krasniqit, vendi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb re, nj\u00eb kuvend funksional dhe zgjidhje t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQytetari ka folur dhe partit\u00eb politike tash duhet t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb raport me fjal\u00ebn e qytetarit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>E ish-kryetari i Aleanc\u00ebs, Ramush Haradinaj, deputet i zgjedhur p\u00ebr Legjislatur\u00ebn nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, tha se e di planin e Kurtit, q\u00eb sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb ta \u00e7oj\u00eb vendin s\u00ebrish n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka theksuar se Kurti mund t\u00eb ndalet vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb bashkim t\u00eb partive t\u00eb tjera. Sipas tij, kjo mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb me nj\u00eb kandidat t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr president, mes PDK-s\u00eb, LDK-s\u00eb dhe Aleanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebrderisa nuk kemi, nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb edhe s\u2019kemi nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb, ne jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb epok\u00ebn Kurti, n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn Kurti dhe ai do ta zbatoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, nj\u00eb lloj eksperimentimi me Kosov\u00ebn e do t\u00eb na d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje prap\u00eb. Pra kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb e di edhe ajo q\u00eb po ndodh. Nga p\u00ebrvoja ime politike e gjat\u00eb un\u00eb po e lexoj k\u00ebt\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Haradinaj. \u201cOpozita mundet pra, me hy e me qen\u00eb faktor n\u00eb marrjen e fatit t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb dor\u00eb, duke pasur nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb mes vete, edhe nj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb p\u00ebr president. N\u00ebse dikush nga opozita e merr mb\u00ebshtetjen e opozit\u00ebs, gjithsesi q\u00eb do ta mb\u00ebshtesja, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb isha i propozuar (p\u00ebr president v.j.) do ta shqyrtoja. Pra, nuk jam kandidat, nuk kam kushte, nuk kam k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka mohuar \u00e7far\u00ebdo mund\u00ebsie bashk\u00ebpunimi me L\u00ebvizjen Vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe nuk b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb e qeverisjes ose vazhdimit t\u00eb qeverisjes Kurti, se e kemi shpjeguar disa her\u00eb sa e d\u00ebmshme edhe sa humbje \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Po e thash\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa VV nuk bie n\u00ebn 40 p\u00ebr qind, do t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb epok\u00ebn Kurti, n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn Kurti, n\u00eb eksperimentin Kurti. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, qytetar\u00ebt fol\u00ebn s\u00ebrish qart\u00eb. Rezultati duhet t\u00eb pranohet e respektohet dhe vullneti i popullit t\u00eb zbatohet e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb institucione funksionale e demokratike, t\u00eb angazhuara e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara p\u00ebr zhvillim e mir\u00ebqenie, arsim e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, p\u00ebr siguri e mbrojtje, industri e prodhim, investime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha infrastrukturore nga hekurudhat te digat, e jo vet\u00ebm\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kurti n\u00eb mbledhjen e Qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpos PDK-s\u00eb q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb 22 deputet\u00eb dhe Aleanc\u00ebs 7, n\u00eb Kuvend, nga partit\u00eb shqiptare, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe LDK-ja me 18 deputet\u00eb, e cila po kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n<p>Zgjedhjet e parakohshme parlamentare u mbajt\u00ebn m\u00eb 7 qershor, ndon\u00ebse num\u00ebrimi ka p\u00ebrfunduar, rezultatet nuk jan\u00eb certifikuar ende p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa ankesave lidhur me rinum\u00ebrimin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb, Kuvendin dhe presidentin ka paralajm\u00ebruar diskutime kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Albin Kurti.
