Rexhep Qosja jetoi dhe krijoi n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur shqiptar\u00ebve u k\u00ebrkohej vazhdimisht ta d\u00ebshmonin gjuh\u00ebn, historin\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre politike. K\u00ebsaj kohe ai u p\u00ebrgjigj me vepra, me studime, polemika, q\u00ebndrime publike dhe me nj\u00eb disiplin\u00eb intelektuale q\u00eb rrall\u00eb shihet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb publike. Ai e nd\u00ebrtoi mendimin e tij mbi vlerat e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, mbi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb iluministe evropiane, mbi humanizmin dhe mbi figurat q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve u dhan\u00eb drejtim historik. Si shkrimtar ai d\u00ebshmoi se let\u00ebrsia mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht art dhe nd\u00ebrgjegje. N\u00eb veprat e tij artistike, e solli njeriun p\u00ebrball\u00eb frik\u00ebs, pushtetit, padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe dilemave t\u00eb koh\u00ebs son\u00eb.
