K\u00ebt\u00eb e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i BE-s\u00eb, duke reaguar n\u00eb njoftimet nga Serbia se ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij shteti, Ivica Da\u00e7iq, \u00ebsht\u00eb lavd\u00ebruar se po vazhdon kund\u00ebrshtimi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb dhe se, sipas k\u00ebtij ministri, \u201cKosova nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb gjasash q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e Interpolit\u201d.<br \/>\nDa\u00e7iq po ashtu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosova edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb \u201cka d\u00ebshtuar keq kur ka provuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e Interpolit\u201d dhe se tash \u201ce ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb se nuk ka gjasa, prandaj as nuk po provon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt normalizimit t\u00eb raporteve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, mes tjerash, obligon Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb asnj\u00eb organizat\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. BE-ja insiston se kjo marr\u00ebveshje \u00ebsht\u00eb valide, se ajo duhet t\u00eb implementohet pa vonesa, dhe se zbatimi i saj mbetet kusht p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe Serbin\u00eb, si p\u00ebr integrimin e tyre n\u00eb BE, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime financiare nga plani i rritjes p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e tij, e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr KOH\u00cbN p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProgresi i Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin evropian varet nga p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr implementimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb obligimeve nga marr\u00ebveshja e vitit 2023 p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt normalizimit. Duke kund\u00ebrshtuar n\u00eb parim an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Interpol, Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb obligimeve nga marr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit, neni 4 i marr\u00ebveshjes\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ky z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb BE akoma nuk sakt\u00ebsojn\u00eb se cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb pasojat p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00eb BE e konsideron shkelje. Disa shtete an\u00ebtare shpesh kan\u00eb shprehur pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e masave ndaj Serbis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Komisioni Evropian i mban n\u00eb fuqi masat kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb nga disa shtete an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar si \u201cqasje e pabalancuar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSa i p\u00ebrket planit t\u00eb rritjes, parakushtet e lidhura me progresin n\u00eb normalizimin e raporteve mes Serbis\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs vler\u00ebsohen sa her\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr pagesa, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregulloren\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia ka marr\u00eb pages\u00ebn e par\u00eb nga paketa e rritjes n\u00eb form\u00ebn e \u201cparafinancimit\u201d.
