Tha\u00e7i p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb fillonte fushata e bombardimeve n\u00ebse nuk gaboj. Donim q\u00eb t\u00eb mos sulmonim objektivat civile, por thjesht t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhynim me forcat ushtarake n\u00eb terren. E pyetja q\u00eb ia b\u00ebra un\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ku jan\u00eb ata dhe ku jeni ju. Pra \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sulmoj un\u00eb, cilat jan\u00eb objektivat e mi? Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjigja q\u00eb mora prej tij ishte asgj\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Clark.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas komandantit amerikan, n\u00eb ver\u00ebn dhe vjesht\u00ebn e vitit 1998 Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs nuk funksiononte me struktur\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb komanduese, por p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej kryesisht nga grupe lokale t\u00eb organizuara spontanisht p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb ball\u00eb shtypjes s\u00eb vazhdueshme serbe.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk kishte shum\u00eb informacion, s\u2019kishte shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur sa i takon komand\u00ebs (s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb ver\u00eb dhe vjesht\u00eb t\u00eb \u201998-s v.j.)
