Megjithat\u00eb, mbrojtja ka parashtruar n\u00eb parashtrimin e 10 tetorit 2025 se pret miratimin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb dhe se ky do t\u00eb jet\u00eb d\u00ebshmitari i fundit i thirrur nga mbrojtja.<\/p>\n<p>Mbrojtja ka filluar me paraqitjen e provave t\u00eb saj m\u00eb 15 shtator 2025, ku p\u00ebr tri dit\u00eb me radh\u00eb u d\u00ebgjua ish-ndihm\u00ebsi i sekretarit amerikan t\u00eb shtetit, James Rubin.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, pas tij u thirr ish-k\u00ebshilltari ligjor i delegacionit shqiptar n\u00eb Rambuje, Paul Williams. Kurse, ish-k\u00ebshilltari politik i komandantit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, Wesley Clark, John Stewart Duncan filloi d\u00ebshmin\u00eb m\u00eb 22 shtator dhe e mbaroi m\u00eb 23 shtator 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, m\u00eb 30 shtator nisi d\u00ebshmin\u00eb James Peter Covey, ish-z\u00ebvend\u00ebs i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Bernard Kouchner. Covey e p\u00ebrfundoi d\u00ebshmin\u00eb m\u00eb 2 tetor.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 14 shtator 2025, n\u00eb Hag\u00eb u mbajt nj\u00eb protest\u00eb masive n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb qytetar\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha trojet shqiptare e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>DhSK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se 14 n\u00ebntori 2025 \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar si dat\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb mbrojtjes n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, kurse parashtresat p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb procesit dhe deklaratat mbi ndikimin e krimeve t\u00eb pretenduara tek viktimave q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb planifikohen t\u00eb paraqiten deri m\u00eb 22 dhjetor 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, m\u00eb 15 prill 2025, Prokuroria ka njoftuar se ka p\u00ebrfunduar paraqitjen e provave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, mbrojtja kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb sipas Rregull\u00ebs 130, e cila parasheh k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr rr\u00ebzimin e ndonj\u00eb akuze apo akuzave n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb. Vendimi mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb ishte marr\u00eb m\u00eb 16 korrik 2025.
