Premtimi i tij d\u00ebshtoi, ashtu si edhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb BDI-s\u00eb q\u00eb u kthyen n\u00eb refren elektoral pa asnj\u00eb rezultat konkret,\u201d deklaroi Qoku.<\/p>\n<p>Ai theksoi se ndryshe nga e kaluara, sot puna p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb ka nisur konkretisht. \u201cMe VLEN-in pjes\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, nuk kemi m\u00eb vet\u00ebm fjal\u00eb, por veprime. Rruga Shkup\u2013Bllac\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim,\u201d tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Qoku shtoi se qeverisja e re ka ndryshuar qasjen: \u201cNe nuk jemi p\u00ebr ta mashtruar popullin me \u2018do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb\u2019, por p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebshmuar me \u2018e b\u00ebm\u00eb\u2019. BDI-ja ishte mjeshtre e propagand\u00ebs. Ne po jemi menaxher\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs konkrete.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij zhvillimi, Qoku e sheh autostrad\u00ebn si simbol t\u00eb ndarjes mes mashtrimit dhe realizimit: \u201cSot s\u2019ka m\u00eb premtime t\u00eb ricikluara.
