Ky mekaniz\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb si i domosdosh\u00ebm pas disa tentimeve t\u00eb pasuksesshme p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Albulena Haxhiut, kandidate e L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje (LVV), e cila nuk arriti t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb shumic\u00ebn prej 61 votash n\u00eb asnj\u00ebrin prej votimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Aleanca p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (AAK) e ka \u00e7uar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, duke k\u00ebrkuar interpretim p\u00ebr ndryshimin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb votimit gjat\u00eb procesit p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e kryeparlamentarit. Iniciativa e AAK-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur edhe nga PDK-ja, LDK-ja dhe deputet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb opozitar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdimin e seanc\u00ebs m\u00eb 13 maj, partit\u00eb opozitare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb PDK-n\u00eb, LDK-n\u00eb, AAK-n\u00eb dhe List\u00ebn Serbe, s\u00ebrish refuzuan t\u00eb propozojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues p\u00ebr komisionin q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte votimin e fsheht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs kan\u00eb akuzuar LVV-n\u00eb p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se m\u00ebnyra se si po tentohet zhvillimi i votimit t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e paligjshme.
