Kostadinovski theksoi se Gjykata Kushtetuese mb\u00ebshtetet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb dhe nuk ndikohet nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm. \u201cEdhe kur u shfuqizua Balancuesi, pati reagime, por nuk ndodhi asgj\u00eb dramatike\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto deklarata nxiten reagime t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme \u00a0t\u00eb BDI-s\u00eb e cila i cil\u00ebsoi si t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe t\u00eb rrezikshme. Nga partia akuzojn\u00eb se Gjykata po vepron si instrument politik dhe se po p\u00ebrgatitet nj\u00eb skenar p\u00ebr t\u00eb minuar t\u00eb drejtat e fituara p\u00ebrmes Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Nga BDI n\u00ebnvizojn\u00eb se procesi zgjedhor i ardhsh\u00ebm nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm politik, por p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb moment vendimtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb vend. Ata e konsiderojn\u00eb vendimin e paralajm\u00ebruar pas zgjedhjeve si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb strategjie t\u00eb kalkuluar.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe nga koalicioni \u00a0VLEN jan\u00eb shprehur kritik\u00eb, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje si nj\u00eb test p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve. Sipas tyre, zgjedhjet e ardhshme jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se nj\u00eb gar\u00eb lokale \u2013 ato p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim ndaj respektimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb garantuara dhe nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur kapitullin e, si\u00e7 e quajn\u00eb ata, qeverisjes me gjysm\u00eb mase nga BDI.<\/p>\n<p>Seanca e planifikuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje fillimisht ishte parashikuar p\u00ebr muajin mars, por u shty p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarjeje tragjike n\u00eb qytetin e Ko\u00e7anit.
